Are you a local entrepreneur, or artisan? Showcase your business at one of the largest community events in the region!

Is this event free to attend?Yes! The event is free and open to the public. Some activities and vendor products may have costs.

What should I bring?Comfortable clothing, sunscreen, cash/card for vendors. If you are a vendor, you must provide your own table(s), chairs and tent(s).

Is the event family-friendly?Absolutely! There are dedicated kids' activities and family-friendly entertainment throughout the day.

Will there be food and drinks available?Yes! VA Credit Union Stadium will be selling concessions during the course of the Celebration.

Where can I park?Free parking is available at the Stadium and across the street in the parking lot of the Fredericksburg Expo Center. Additional details will be shared closer to the event.

Is the venue accessible?Yes! The event location is wheelchair accessible, and we strive to make accommodations for all guests.

What happens if it rains?The event will take place rain or shine! In case of severe weather, we will provide updates on our social media pages.

Can I bring my pet?Only service animals are permitted at the event.

Vendor Fee: $35 per table until 4/15/2025, then $45 per table
